McDonald's- Central Tennesse
For 31 years, The Bertuca Organization owned and operated more than thirty McDonald's franchise locations in Central Tennesse. With years of dedication and effort, Ted Sr. and Ted Jr. grew the franchise to become one of the largest employers in Nashville, TN with more than 1200 employees and set the expectations of quality and integrity within their companies.
Luxury Apartments- Florida
Located in the heart of Pinellas County Florida, the Bertuca Organization’s two apartment properties- the Boulevard and Charleston on 66th- provide tenants with a luxury living experience. The Boulevard, a 260 unit luxury property, offers tenants the choice of one, two, or three-bedroom units and spacious living quarters.
Similarly, Charleston on 66th, a 258 unit property, offers luxury amenities including island kitchens, granite countertops, and wood laminate flooring. Additionally, the Charleston on 66th property offers clubhouse amenities including a fitness center with an indoor swimming pool, business center, meeting rooms, concierge, and gathering room.
Union Common- Nashville, TN
With its New York-style theme, Union Common is known for providing guests with a fine dining experience in the heart of Nashville, Tennesse. The restaurant is an exquisite option to begin (and end) your evening with shareable small plates or a well-aged steak while perusing their special selection of wines and bourbons at the unique horseshoe bar.
Car Wash- Nashville, TN
In 2011, The Bertuca Organization acquired multiple car washes as a real estate investment opportunity, with the aspiration of gaining additional experience and knowledge to grow the Bertuca brand. After the car wash businesses were purchased, The Bertuca Organization began massive renovations and transformed the businesses. Despite selling the car washes in 2018, the investment piece was financially successful, and the investment opportunity was fulfilled.
Luxury Homes- Nashville, TN
BMK Building Group, a division of The Bertuca Organization previously collaborated with Vintage South LLC. and Sumner Construction LLC., to bring luxury homes to Nashville, Tennessee.
The collaboration with Vintage South LLC concentrated on the Forrest Hills, Greenhills, Oakhill, Belle Meade areas of Nashville. Additionally, the collaboration with Sumner Construction LLC focused attention on the quickly prospering areas of East and West Nashville.
Ghost Kitchens
Frankie B's Italian Ristorante
In 2020 as a multiple owner of restaurants, The Bertuca Organization saw a need for delivery services in there communities. Frankie B’s was the flag ship ghost kitchen named after father/grandfather Frank Bertuca. They took a lot of family recipes of Italian Cuisine and delivered it to the masses in downtown Louisville, KY.
Burgers 4 Days
In 2020 The Bertuca organization saw a great need for food delivery. With their 52 years of combined experience in the McDonalds industry. This father son duo launched Burger 4 Days to provide a high quality burger to the residents of Louisville.
En Fuego Mexican Cantina
In 2020 the Bertuca Organization launched its 3rd brand of ghost kitchens! With their culinary expertise they created en fuego a Mexican style food that was designed to high quality and fresh during the delivery process. They focused on the residents of Louisville Kentucky and provided a great product during Covid time frame.
