In 2019, Bertuca Hospitality Group’s flagship concept, Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar, expanded with the addition of Doc’s Bourbon Room- one of the United States’ largest Bourbon Bars with more than 3,000 exposures of “brown water". The most recent addition is Doc's Eaglenest.
