Bertuca Hospitality Group

In 2019, Bertuca Hospitality Group’s flagship concept, Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar, expanded with the addition of Doc’s Bourbon Room- one of the United States’ largest Bourbon Bars with more than 3,000 exposures of “brown water.”

 

In addition to the Doc’s brands, the organization’s portfolio includes Louisville ghost kitchens: Fuego Mexican Cantina, Burger’s 4 Days, Frankie B’s Italian Bistro, and ownership of multiple hotels throughout Kentucky and Florida.


Recently, the hospitality group has become a Wings, Etc. franchisee in Florida.
